Benchmarking Between Our Sister Plants A Commitment to Excellence

We are always striving to push the boundaries of operational excellence, and one powerful tool we leverage to achieve this is benchmarking. Recently, we had the opportunity to conduct a detailed benchmarking analysis between our two sister plants, Raufoss Mexico and VT2i, with the goal of identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
