Galette de Rois at VT2i

VT2i organized the traditional “galette des rois”, a special cake for kings. It is an epiphany cake filled with almond frangipane and a charm. The person with the lucky charm becomes the king or queen. (and can choose his/her partner).  It is a particularly popular tradition in France, the epiphany cake is usually made with almonds, but you can also find chocolate or apple king cake in bakeries.
