Dia de Reyes at Raufoss Mexico

“Día de Los Reyes” is a holiday celebrated on January 6th in Mexico to celebrate and honor the “Three Wise Man”. This celebration marks the close of Christmas.

The tradition is to make and serve Rosca de Reyes also known as the King’s Cake. This is an oval-shaped pastry which is decorated with colorful fruits to represent the Kings Crown. The cake is baked with little baby shaped figurines.

Past week, Rosca de Reyes was served at Raufoss Technology Mexico in our Lagos de Moreno site initiating the year filled with joy and happiness.
