Celebrating International Women’s Day around our sites was truly inspiring! Recognizing the value and contributions of women in the workplace is essential for fostering diversity and equality.
Women in Raufoss Technology have shown that passion, knowledge, and determination know no gender boundaries. It is crucial that we continue to advocate for equal opportunities, fair representation, and supportive work environments for women.
We were impressed by the written-testimony of representative women from our sites around the globe sharing their perspective of being a woman working in the automotive sector. Our site in Lagos de Moreno delivered Gift-Packs, while our site in Boisbriand shared a presentation of 8 valuable women working on Raufoss Canada.
These were just some ways we honored the incredible women at Raufoss. Together, let us continue to empower, support, and celebrate women every day, in any sector and work towards a future where gender equality is the norm.
